I made these key chains for Richard's sisters of their favorite animals.

This year I decorated some Moleskine notebooks for gifts. I illustrated King Tutankhamun's funerary mask for my Dad.
And this is the sketchbook I sent to my friend Laura! She drew me two awesome velociraptor characters last year and I finally finished my half of the art trade. You can see more of her work here.

Christmas is coming and I have to say I'm actually ready this year. Normally I'm up late Christmas Eve working on some last minute gift. I think it is probably because it is the first time I haven't been busy with finals since elementary school. I love the holidays and I love wrapping Christmas gifts! This years paper came from the Container Store and Target. My family also got a new kitten around Thanksgiving. She is a Ragdoll Cat named Luna and she hangs out with me in my studio when she is not in the Christmas tree.

Since I can't share the current projects I have been working on until after Christmas, I thought I would show you something a little less current. I have been making books and self portraits for a long time. My only hope is to someday make another book as good as these :)

I was commissioned to create a Christmas card this year for Service Master By Harris. This is only my second real attempt to create dimensional paper sculpture and I am please with how it turned out.
Christmas is a pretty busy time for me art wise but I can't post some things until after they are given as gifts ;) So around the first of the year except some new stuff!
